Here at McGonigal Cadillac, we're proud of the trims and performance options of our new Cadillac CT5 options at our lot. Here's a review of the CT5 trims and how they perform.
Trims
Since this is already a luxury car, the first trim is the Luxury. You'll find some at our lot near Peru, IN. It has a 10-speed auto transmission to start. This first trim has some tech features like Android Auto and CarPlay. These help you use your phone with your car. You also get wireless smartphone charging which helps with the phones.
It's a safe car with blind spot monitoring and the rear cross-traffic alert feature available right away. You can also go for the all-wheel drive option for more grip.
The next trim is called Premium Luxury. You get the twin-turbo V6 engine with this trim. You also get a cabin with more features like leather seating and wood or metallic trims if you want them.
Going up the scale, the Sport trim exterior with more options like the darkened look or the special sporty spoiler. It also has more agility thanks to the Magnetic Ride Control suspension. If you prefer, you can also get the Brembo V performance brakes.
Next up is the V trim which has even more Horsepower and access to more packages like the Platinum trim. This gives you more options for a luxurious interior. You also get a Launch control for faster acceleration at green lights.
Finally, you have the V-Blackwing. The CT5-V Blackwing offers a supercharged V8 engine that delivers 668 horsepower and can take you from zero to 60 miles per hour in 3.4 seconds. The immense power makes the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwingwing the most powerful Cadillac ever made from the road. one of the strongest engines the Cadillac ever had. You also get carbon brakes for upgraded braking ability. These are cross-drilled carbon-ceramic brakes.
Performance
The CT5 vehicles you'll find at our lot have strong power even from the start. It's turbocharged, for example. You can upgrade it so that you get the twin-turbocharged V6. The whole vehicle is performance-oriented from the start. You can go all the way up to 360 horsepower if you want. You can have the two engines that work with the 10-speed.
You also can access the standard rear-wheel drive with these vehicles at our lot. This will give you power from behind to get over rugged terrain. It's often rare to have a vehicle that can boast a lot of comforts and high performance, but the CT-5 has plenty of both. The Magnetic Ride Control option in the higher trim gives you a smoother ride with better suspension. This will help regardless of whether you go off-roading or not.
If you do go off-road, it will give you a much better ride than what you might get otherwise. You will have a truly smooth ride if you do. You also get strong lumbar support with sears designed for that, especially the driver and passenger.
